Turkish modular builder Karmod has constructed a 392 sqm container office building for Canada's Dundee Precious Metals at the Ada Tepe gold mine in Bulgaria.

Turkey's leading modular building brand, Karmod, has added another significant project to its international portfolio. The company has constructed a modern container office building for the Ada Tepe gold mine site in Krumovgrad, Bulgaria, which is operated by the Canadian mining giant Dundee Precious Metals.

Project Details and Rapid Installation

Karmod General Manager Abdullah Yüceer highlighted the project's significance, stating that the 392-square-meter, two-story office building was completed and made ready for shipment in just 3 weeks. The structure, created by combining 14 separate container units, was produced using Karmod's new-generation container technology.

Highly Insulated and Modern Design

Equipped with a sandwich panel system offering high insulation properties, the office building ensures energy efficiency. The structure includes all necessary spaces for a modern work environment, such as management and technical offices, a meeting room, a kitchen, a dining hall, and WC-shower units. Thanks to its demountable structure, the office building can be easily disassembled and moved to another location upon project completion.
